Sync Credits
Sync credits are used to pull fresh data from TikTok into your Astriq dashboard. Each sync operation consumes credits based on the amount of data being fetched.
How Credits Work
- Monthly allocation — Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allocation that refreshes at the start of each billing cycle
- One credit per sync unit — Credits are consumed when syncing videos, comments, and engagement data
- No rollover — Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month

Credit packs are used after your monthly allocation is exhausted.
Checking Your Balance
Your current credit balance is always visible in the workspace header. The badge turns amber when you're running low (below 10% of your tier's allocation).

- Sync strategically — Focus syncs on your most active accounts
- Use credit packs for heavy sync periods without upgrading your plan
