Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Workspace > Settings
- Navigate to the subscription section
- Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to
- Complete payment through Polar
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll receive a prorated credit for any unused time on your current plan.
Downgrading
You can downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your new plan has lower limits (e.g., fewer connected accounts), you may need to disconnect accounts to stay within the new limit.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription anytime from Settings. You'll retain access to your current tier through the end of your billing period. After cancellation:
- Your account reverts to the Free tier
- 60 days after cancellation, all synced TikTok data is permanently deleted
- Credit packs you've purchased remain available (they never expire)
Billing & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Polar. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Polar.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
- You'll receive an email receipt for each payment
- Invoices are available through your Polar account
